Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines regarding subscription billing cancellations and refund settlements for Services purchased from Jhumka India Private Limited (referred to as "Jhumka", "we", "our", or "us").
1. 14-Day Free Trial Cancellation
Jhumka offers a 14-day free trial on all subscription plans (Starter, Growth, and Business). No billing information is collected at signup. You can use all platform features during this trial. If you do not choose a paid subscription before the 14 days expire, your storefront will be set to inactive status. No cancellation charges are applied.
2. Monthly & Annual SaaS Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions (Starter, Growth, or Business) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your merchant dashboard account settings or by contacting our billing team.
- Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime before your next billing date. Your store remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which billing stops.
- Annual Plans: Cancel within the first 30 days of the annual subscription for a pro-rated refund. Cancellations after 30 days are non-refundable, but your store remains licensed until the annual term expires.
3. Transaction Refund Rules for Buyers
Please note that Jhumka is a SaaS provider and does not sell jewelry directly to consumers. Any refunds, disputes, returns, or order cancellations for jewelry purchased on Jhumka-powered storefronts must be resolved directly between the buyer and the respective Merchant. Jhumka is not a party to these transactions and cannot settle customer payment disputes.
4. Platform Fee Refunds
SaaS platform transaction fees (ranging from 0.5% to 2% depending on the subscription plan) processed during successful checkout sales are non-refundable. If the Merchant issues a refund to their buyer, third-party payment gateway refund processing rules (such as Razorpay's refund terms) apply.
